𝟰. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝘅𝗲𝘀.
𝟱. 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 of the Past 30 Years Ensures That Property is Clear From All Legal Dues and Also We Can Check Clearly the Present Owner of the Land. Also Verify The "Power of Attorney" of the Seller.

𝟴. 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝘀.
