t. We inform our clients about any encroachments done or any misuse of their plots and help them with legal support if required. We keep our clients informed about the dangers of their plot getting into any litigation. We make sure that tax payments are regular and therefore alerting our clients from any tax defaults. We also make sure that our client property is not used for littering or used as waste dumping ground. We show live pictures and videos of client plot using Skype and also take care of maintaining any wild w**d growth on the plot by clearing them on regular basis after taking prior approval from our clients. We understand that it is not easy for our client to manage his investment especially when he is at far away destination. We understand the importance of client investment and so we take care of their investment on their behalf. We keep our clients informed by way of sending messages through emails if client stays abroad. We would convey messages through emails, whatsapp and phone calls if client is in India
