It is a collective farming project where plantation is maintained by Homesteads Farmland & Infra Developers on a contract farming model for 5 years and the profits from Harvest are shared in a 60% (Farm Owner) - 40% (Homesteads) ratio. We plan to have either Fig or Thai Guava for each acre based on member choice.

Members can expect approx. returns of up-to 1 lac per acre per year from 3rd year onwards.
