Survey Number తప్పు కాకపోయినా… మీ Registration ఎందుకు ఆగొచ్చు?

ఒక Survey Numberలో వేలాది ఎకరాలు ఉన్నా… సమస్య కొన్ని plotsకే ఉండొచ్చు.

మరోచోట Survey Number సరైనదే అయినా Village identification / record tagging లో తప్పు ఉండొచ్చు.

👉 అందుకే “నా Survey Number listలో ఉంది” అని మాత్రమే చూసి భయపడకండి.

మీ భూమి:
📍 ఏ Villageలో ఉంది?
📐 Survey Numberలో exactly ఎక్కడ ఉంది?
📏 Sub-Division ఏది?
🗺️ Ground position recordsతో match అవుతుందా?

ఇవి verify చేయడం చాలా ముఖ్యం.

Revenue officeకి మాటలు కాదు — సరైన records + ground measurements కావాలి.

ఈ చిన్న Survey Stone మీ భూమి హద్దుకి చాలా ముఖ్యం. 📐
Hyderabad చుట్టుపక్కల భూముల్లో boundary disputes వచ్చినప్పుడు survey stones విషయంలో సమస్యలు ఎదురవుతున్నాయి.

Stone కనిపిస్తే తొలగించకుండా photo + location record చేసుకోండి.
తర్వాత FMB / survey records తో verify చేయించుకోండి.

5–6 కోట్లు విలువ చేసే Land… కానీ Approach Road కేవలం 12 Feet అయితే? 😳

ఇది మా real client case.

Land Multi Purpose Use Zoneలో ఉన్నా… approach road మాత్రం 12 feet మాత్రమే.

ఇక్కడ different ownersకి different extentsలో lands ఉన్నాయి. Existing roadని 40 feetగా develop చేయాలంటే, center నుంచి 20 + 20 feetగా contribution అవసరం కావచ్చు.

కానీ అందరు owners ఒప్పుకుంటేనే అది practically possible అవుతుంది.

కొన్ని casesలో ఒక Survey Number మొత్తం 22Aలో ఉండొచ్చు. అదే Survey Numberలో Government landతో పాటు private plots కూడా ఉండే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

అలాంటి సమయంలో మీ plot ఆ Survey Numberలో exactగా ఎక్కడ ఉందో, Government portionకి ఎంత దూరంలో ఉందో ground positionలో clearగా ఉండటం చాలా important.

Documents మాత్రమే కాదు — Boundary Survey + Demarcation + Ground Position కూడా కీలకం.
