HMDA has invited tenders for a proposed 9-km elevated corridor connecting the Integrated Command and Control Centre at Banjara Hills Road No. 12 with Shilpa Layout, Gachibowli.

Planned at an estimated cost of ₹1,656 crore, the corridor is expected to ease congestion and improve connectivity across key stretches, including Jubilee Hills, Film Nagar and the IT corridor, while providing better access towards Gachibowli and the Outer Ring Road.

Infrastructure developments like these can strengthen accessibility, improve urban mobility and support the long-term appeal of surrounding real estate markets.
