It gives me immense pleasure to announce-

Mr. Arpit Joshi as the Honorary Secretary of the Indore Realtors Welfare Association (IRWA) for the session of (2026-2028).

The Association has continued its rich tradition of selecting leadership through a fair and unbiased process, based purely on merit, dedication, and demonstrated qualities.

We are pleased to share that Mr. Arpit Joshi, our newly appointed Secretary, is a dynamic, young , enthusiastic man who has accumulated extensive industry knowledge, skills, and expertise over nearly two decades, while still being relatively young compared to peers.He has been actively managing social media initiatives and has consistently provided strong support to the association whenever needed. His energy, enthusiasm, and modern outlook bring a fresh perspective to IRWA’s functioning. With strong organizational skills and a proactive approach, he has demonstrated his ability to connect with members and contribute effectively to the association’s initiatives.

We are confident that under this leadership, each and every member of IRWA will grow more stronger and better.

Mr. Devesh Pahwa has been an integral part of IRWA since its foundation and has consistently contributed as a committed and proactive member of the Board.

Over the years, he has also been the voice and spokesperson of IRWA, representing the association with clarity and conviction across various platforms, proving as a valuable asset for association.

A seasoned and highly educated real estate professional, Mr. Devesh Pahwa brings with him rich experience, strong ethical values, and a progressive mindset. Known for his soft-spoken nature and grounded personality, he truly reflects the philosophy of simple living and high thinking. Being Daly College alumnus, he carries forward the legacy of discipline, integrity, and leadership.
