• As per our company's policy, we would be charging amount equivalent to one month's rent in case of lease agreement for 1 to 3 years, amount equivalent to 1½ months rent in case of lease agreement for 5 years and amount equivalent to 2 months rent in case of lease agreement is for 10 year exclusive of service tax as our consultancy charges. And we would be charging an amount equivalent to 3% on out-right sale price exclusive of service tax as consultancy charges.
• You shall have ultimate powers to accept or reject any proposal, without assigning any reason. Our scope of services shall include the following;
