Taking a walk along the walking track, alongside trees and fountains, our Ashiana Utsav, Kalwar Road Jaipur residents chat animatedly with each other, while others sit in the large central park and exchange views or read. And there, in another corner, are the yoga enthusiasts. With 80% of the area left as open, green spaces, the complex motivates one to enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle and the companionship of like minded friends and neighbours. There are activities galore: health related and spiritual talks, literary discussions, movies, music, sports, and outings. The complex itself offers all conveniences that make life easy and hassle-free: security and emergency response systems, reliable in-house maintenance staff, dining facility and well-lit roads. Medical camps and checkups ensure preventive health measures. Utsav at Kalwar Road Jaipur is about how to celebrate those silver years.
