A High Level Physical Meeting was held on March 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at Directorate of Local Bodies Jaipur under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Sh. Ravi Jain (LSG Secretary, GOR) of AHP Projects of Rajasthan to review the ongoing progress. He stated that this meeting is result oriented and has to be taken by respective implementing agencies on mission mode.
It was co-chaired by Sh. Hari Mohan Meena (Mission Director) of PMAY-U Rajasthan, Dr. Devaram, GM (Finance) RUDSICO and Sh. Pradeep Kumar Garg, Project Director (Housing). Main objectives of the meeting were – possession on completion of houses; completion of under progress houses; completion of pending external and internal development projects; completion of pending AHP attachments CMJAY projects etc.,
From districts the meeting was attended by Commissioners/ Executive Officers - Nagar Nigam/Nagar Parishad/Nagar Palika, Pali - Jhalawar, Bundi, Sirohi, Rajsamand, Kishangarh, Pushkar, Hindaun City, Rawatbhata, Nimbahera, Keshovraipatan, Balotra, Beawar, Kekri, Sheoganj, Falna, Khetri, Kethun and Lakheri. All Project Incharges & M/s of all projects participated to state their issues and concerns in completion of projects. In the meeting Sh. Ajay Kumar Dhaka (GM Housing), Sh. Ashish Jain (RM), Sh. Om Prakash (PMAY U –Incharge) and Dr. Rolly Sinha (SLTC - SDS & IEC Head, PMAY U), Sh. Vivek Pundhir (SLTC, PMAY U – AHP) from state office participated.
Important Instructions to ULB for AHP Projects in the month of MARCH 2026 for timely completion is as below:
1. Organising Awas Mela/ Camp & Labharthi Samwad
2. 100 Percent MIS Attachment
3. Awareness for Loan Applications under ISS (Interest Subsidy Scheme)
4. Focus on Completion & Possession
5. Fast Action of Completion of all pending Works
6. Regular Evaluation Meeting by ULB Commissioner/ Eos/ PMAY U Incharges

A PMAY-U Divisional Level Review Meetings were held from 17TH Feb to 22nd Feb 2026, under the chairmanship of Sh. Pradeep Kumar Garg (PD Housing) of Ajmer, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Kota & Udaipur Divisions urban local bodies. The review focused on fund release pendencies of PMAY-U 1.0 and 2.0 in month of March 2026; Geotag of all Plinth level houses in PMAY U 2.0; Geotag of all PMAY U 1.0 Pending Houses.

Key Directives were:
1. Fund Release Pendencies: Release of Pending installment by 31st March 2026 in PMAY-U 1.0 and 2.0 BLC Houses.
2. Plinth Geotagging: Grounding/ Plinth Level Geotag of all Sanctioned Houses in PMAY U 2.0. Ensuring geotagging of houses at various construction stages in PMAY-U 2.0.
3. Monitoring progress of sanctioned houses and addressing implementation challenges.

January 1, 2026, marked a milestone for over 12,000 applicants under PMAY-U 2.0 in Rajasthan! The State Level Sanctioning & Monitoring Committee (SLMC) meeting at 'Chintan' (CR-1), Secretariat, Jaipur, approved new proposals, bringing hope to these applicants of owning a pucca home. The meeting was chaired by Hon'ble Shri V Srinivas, Chief Secretary, GOR. It was co chaired by Shri Ajitabh Sharma, Addl. Chief Secretary, Energy Department; Dr. Debasish Prusty, Principal Secretary, UDH Department; Sh. Ravi Jain, Secretary, LSGD; Sh. Hari Mohan Meena, Mission Director (Housing); Joint Secretary Finance; Joint Secretary-1, PHED; Deputy Director, Revenue-1; Commissioner, Kota Development Authority. The State Level Nodal Officer & Project Director Housing Sh. Pradeep Kumar Garg proposed additional new projects forwarded by ULBs of Rajasthan to state for approval in SLMC Meeting to be further approved on 6th January CSMC Meeting held at GOI level; Chief Town Planner, Town Planning Department & Chief Manager SLBC, Bank of Baroda, Jaipur were present.

A high-level monitoring & review meeting was held today at Directorate of Local Bodies, Jaipur, Rajasthan, focusing on PMAY-U 1.0 and 2.0 progress. The meeting was chaired by LSG Secretary Sh Ravi Jain. It was co chaired by Mission Director & ED RUDSICO Housing Sh. Hari Mohan Meena and State Level Nodal Officer & PD Housing Sh. Pradeep Kumar Garg. In the meeting GM Housing, PMAY U INcharge, SLTC Team and other were present. The meeting emphasized completing pending projects, geotagging grounded houses, and conducting demand surveys for new proposals.
Some key points directed are as below:
- Completion of PMAY-U 1.0 Pendencies: Ensuring all pending projects are completed
- Geotagging of Grounded Houses: Tracking progress and ensuring transparency
- Demand Survey for New Proposals: Identifying new housing needs and proposals
