There are some cushion covers photo which are made with tusser silk , unbleached cotten , peduncle and ghicha silk by handmotifs and plain weave .
We have an experiment how they will be look and feel . So we are successfully finished the fabric and feel of these . Such they are very stunning and lovable .

Dobby setting .......

Dobby have you ever heard before .......

Dobby - is a additional part of Handloom using for extra wrap . It's is using for border work as small motifs , thereafter we use Jacquard for this work .

• what is the difference between Dobby and Jacquard .....?

Dobby
- Traditional
- a made of wood
- for small desgine
- no need of extra treddle
- only for extra warping
- some motifs are mostly known by buyer
( turtle , fish , rudraksh , goll nagri , dantia , dian etc . )

Jacquard
- modern
- made from both type
- for critical and big desgine ( as your capacity )
- need a extra treddle
- use for both extra warp and weft

But dobby is passionate and easy to use . Bcz it's small in size and not need a huge strong loom for carry . If you can operate this easily then you will proceed towards Jacquard .

Cushion coverrs are made on handloom by using many weaves . like - plain weave , ribb weave , handmotifs weave , return lock weave ( f**a kumbha / kathi phera ) etc . These are weaved with many fiber such as :- tusser , cotten , peduncle , ghicha etc.

There is yarn dyed by many colours for using as extra weft . We can't imagine what is the roll of colours .
