How the most important element of construction can become destructive ? Even the best structures in the world are not out scoped by the destructive powers of natural elements like water and sun (heat). Being the basic requirement of every construction these two hold top positions during construction phase. Water the essential element required for preparation of mortar, mixing of cement concrete and for curing work etc during construction work, can become destructive due to its path finding nature. Seepage and leakage can cause enormous harm to the construction. Dripping water can make holes to concrete. Roof leaks can deface ceilings and walls. This corrodes metal structures or trusses and damage insulation. In houses that were not properly established with a base foundation, rainwater or snow may seep through the concrete or stone floors. Eventually, discoloration and cracks appear. This is just a small picture of how water damage can add extra costs to your maintenance budget.
