Design Forum International known as DFI is a Delhi based Architecture design firm with a highly qualified and able team of over 100 Architects, Planners & Interior designers. Though the journey started 16 years ago in 1995, DFI was established in year 2005 by the three IIT ians Anoj Tevatia, Anand Sharma & Goonmeet Chauhan, the company has covered a lot many miles in a very short time period. The

company has given a new face to the Indian Architecture by coming up with the most innovative design in such turn around times, which might have seemed impossible to many. With a perfect mix of Old/wise heads & the young/fresh minds a project is always manageable & the design always holds its creative edge without losing the sustainability. A few examples could be
Select Citywalk – A retail mall in Saket, New Delhi, which is been appreciated by every visitor/shopper. The property showcases a lot of style and elegance. Ashiana Upvan called the ‘Pride of Indirapuram’ sets the tone for the grandeur that follows in its wake. Our team has played a major role in our growth & we have always returned the favors whole heartedly. DFi is an employee friendly firm, giving a great environment to the architects & designers. The new buds are given proper guidance & a lot of opportunities to grow and learn but not without the freedom the creative minds would need. Many of the professionals who started with us as beginners are now team leaders & have successfully delivered numerous large real estate projects. One of the prime focus of DFI has been quality which is why we have been one of the first design firms to create a quality assurance cell within the set up to monitor the output of drawing & data which has contributed a lot in our smooth and flawless operations. At DFI, we make the best efforts to keep ourselves updated to the current practices and the latest technology. There a regular training & brain storming sessions held within the company where we try to explore the best practices that may help us in better deliveries. At DFI we understand that every project is different and has its own requirements. Delivering more than client’s brief and & understanding the requirement of the project is a common practice which is why most of our client’s repeat business with us. With the three IIT ians to lead, the company is assured to touch new heights every now and then

The way projects are presented is changing.

What were once transactional spaces are now evolving into experience ecosystems. They bring together ideas of lifestyle, community, and long-term value, offering a more complete understanding of what it means to live within a development.

The experience centre is often a project in itself.
It brings together spatial sequencing, material palettes, landscape cues, and transitions into a condensed environment that reflects the development's broader intent.

A move to a curated experience centre in large residential developments is a way to understand what is being built and how it will be experienced.

The way we present homes is changing.
What were once static show flats are now evolving into immersive environments that convey a broader sense of living. These spaces go beyond finishes and layouts to offer a more complete sense of how a home is experienced.
A shift from display to storytelling.

An update from the valley: Work on the Srinagar High Court is in full swing.

Our design for this landmark focuses on a dual dialogue: creating a space that feels both monumental in stature and accessible in spirit.

Stay tuned for more on the project!

Living today extends beyond the home.

As cities grow denser and more complex, residential developments are evolving into integrated environments that bring together housing, work, recreation, and everyday services within a single framework.

In our latest newsletter, we explore how this shift toward integrated living is reshaping the way neighbourhoods are planned and experienced.

Reimagining the Corporate Fabric.

When designing WoCO One, we traded the repetitive office tiers for a vibrant vertical ecosystem. By layering the environment through The Greens and The Woods, we provide users with a diverse sensory experience as they move through the building.

With expansive triple-height volumes and deep terraces, the workplace becomes a porous entity, inviting natural light and fresh air into the core of the professional day. The journey culminates at the Sky Garden—a high-altitude retreat that fosters community and well-being in the heart of the urban jungle.

Crafting the Urban Rhythm.

At One by MSN, we believe that true luxury lies in the ability to pause. Our design approach focuses on an interconnected ecosystem of spaces that support the delicate balance of modern life—interaction and introspection.

By blending fluid transit spaces with quiet corners for repose, we’ve created a landscape that fosters a genuine sense of belonging. It’s not just a residence; it’s a living, breathing community designed for the human experience.

Housing today is no longer limited to individual buildings. Our residential development, Ashiana Mulberry in Sohna, exemplifies this shift.

Over time, the expectations from residential developments have shifted. Homes are now part of larger neighbourhoods that are expected to support a range of everyday needs, from social interaction and recreation to convenience and access.

What was once considered an added layer has now become central to the planning of residential environments. Developments are increasingly approached as self-sustaining ecosystems, where living, retail, and shared spaces come together to create a more complete way of life.

Luxury is being redefined through use. It is no longer about scale or spectacle, but about how thoughtfully a space responds over time.

The last edition of the DFI Digest brings together projects that reflect this shift. From climate-responsive facades and adaptive layouts to wellness-driven environments, the work looks at how design can support comfort, flexibility, and long-term value. Alongside this, the edition also traces moments from the studio, where these ideas continue to evolve through practice.

In a corridor defined by rapid growth, the question is not density alone, but how housing can hold value over time.

The Resort, a residential project in the NCR, introduces a low-density living model within this expanding precinct. Eight mid-rise towers accommodate 64 residences, with one 4BHK per floor. This approach allows each home to open on three sides, bringing in 270-degree views, consistent light and ventilation, and a direct connection to the central green.

Through controlled density and precise planning, the project frames luxury as space, clarity, and everyday livability.
