It will be a studio apartment consisting of one bedroom, one drawing room, one kitchenette, one toilet, one small toilet containing only a WC (optional), one balcony. You may also make the flat one big room removing the partition. The building will be an elderly person compatible. The site is selected at CHARSARATI, GANGAMANOHARPUR, PS: CHAKDAHA, DIST: NADIA at the bank of the river Ganges. The nearest hospital JNM Hospital is 5 km away from this place and the newly constructing AIIMS Hospital is 12 km away from this place. The nearest station is ‘Kalyani Ghoshpara’, 4 km away. The land selected for this project is at present approx. 30 bigha. We have planned to acquire more land. Any person above 50 yrs. can enroll his/ her name but after 55 yrs. he/ she will be eligible to get a flat. Flats will be allotted on a lease basis, which will be registered under the Registrar of Assurance.
