Dinesh Mill Bungalow is designed by Atelier dnD and it is located in Baroda, India. This is a house to live in! The house is minimalist, having simple and clear lines. It is very relaxing and fluid, full of transparent corners, where the interior and the exterior blend into each other.

The public swimming pool is connected with the private pool, in an attempt to make the outdoors become intimate, in order to feel secluded from everybody else. The landscape is located outside Vadodara city and the real challenge here was that of preserving the natural vegetation that abounded on the plot. The driveway leads to a white cantilever porch which is the main entrance for the house. There are three terraces prefacing the living and the bedrooms spaces. An external staircase leads one to terrace which features open whirlpool bath capturing the vast green forest around the site.

Large floor to ceiling windows makes the connection between exterior and interior, allowing natural light to flood the inner spaces. The house is luminous and exotic, abounding in relaxing places and the open space from the swimming pool, together with the luxurious vegetation, form a perfect space for leisure, recreation and peace of mind and soul.

The concept idea of this building consist of large spaces, bright lights, and a color scheme blend with an unique layout perfect for a Florence based family home. The basic colors are pink and lime green, and about 90% of the home is made of eco compatible materials.

The residence is playing with volumes and shapes, providing a young and dynamic special home, something less ordinary than the classic family house. The residence enjoys a swimming pool, for relaxation and entertainment and it can be accessed by the double height atrium, which in fact connects and adjoins the interior living spaces. The place is like a game of puzzle, in white and brown colors, with large spaces flooded in light, wide floor to ceiling windows, overwhelming and spectacular details, and a real paradigm of traditional partition. The high ceiling of the living room surveys the white colors of the walls, painted with designed black space invaders, suggesting the presence of young people as the masters of the house.

Other design elements which provide originality and even beauty to this place are the yellow pillows, the orange cupboard from the kitchen, the nice and overwhelming cupboard so well equipped. The bedroom is originally contrasting black and red colors, inducing a passionate atmosphere of elegance and temperament. This is an interesting place for young people’s life!

This Cliff House project was taken seriously and the designers from Khosia Associates have tried to create a great design for this residence located in Kerala, India. It is a new appearance with a source of inspiration taken from the Arabian Sea coast. They came with some new features for the house with the purpose of improving the aspect of the place and give a modern and stylish look that will be appreciated by anyone who will be lucky enough to spend some days here.

To do that, they add this asymmetric sloping roof for the house which has the goal to sustain all the rooms and improve the style that the designers had in mind when they started the project. Inside the house, the rooms are spacious and modern with all the facilities that you may need and the entire house is separated in two areas, a private one and one which is in the use mostly of the guests.

Near the house, the most important thing that you and your family will enjoy is the huge pool where your children can play and you can relax in the sunny days. But you can also relax in the cozy chairs near the pool, under some umbrellas and drink a cold drink. It is the perfect place for a nice holiday away from the city.
