Anand Builders- A milestone foundation
A vision to establish a mini empire started in the ,middle of 1980’s which took the shape of a corporate in 1987 with the incorporation of the first company of the group. The main thrust of the group was to provide one of the three basic needs of life i.e fooding, clothing and shelter. Starting with independent dwelling units followed by multi-storeyed building, residential duplex flats and duplex bungalows, there has been no looking back for Anand Builders. The group has also started establishing commercial buildings like shopping plazas and malls equipped with modern amenities to act as self-contained entities and also integrated townships, SEX’s and infrastructure projects. With the ideology of providing the best solution without compromising with the quality standards,” the group has been successful in its area of operation. It is an ISO 9002:2000 accredited company.
Most of the projects of the group have been named beginning with the word “ANAND: the prominent on being Anand Palace, Anand Vatiika, Anand Kripa, Anand Kripa, Anand Enclave, Anand Cottage and so on.
