We are immensely delighted to announce that the Hon'ble Executive Member of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Shri D.Uphing Maslai, has graciously consented to serve as the Co-Convenor of the Advisory Board for the 34th Zonal Karbi Youth Festival 2026.
With his rich experience in public service, deep understanding of grassroots issues and unwavering dedication towards the sociocultural upliftment of the Karbi community, his guidance will be instrumental in steering the Advisory Board towards effective planning and ex*****on of the festival.
