Standard Operating Procedures

1. All the guest and the luggages will be sanitized before entering the club house of Gypsy Hills. After sanitization, every guest will take bath with hot water. Guest must carry a plastic bag to put the used clothes while traveling to gypsy hills. Plastic bag must be in good condition and big enough to fit the clothes. These bags will be isoloted in one place and guest can take it back while check out.

2. All the guests at all times must wear mask and maintain social distance.

3. Every group must carry personal stock of alcohol based hand sanitizer which should be sufficient during the stay at Gypsy Hills.

4. The entire property of Gypsy Club will be sanitized before the arrival of guest.

5. Music will be allowed only till 10:30 in the night.

6. Food will be served only between 8:00 to 11:00 pm.

7. No outside food including soft drinks and snacks will be permitted in Gypsy Hills.

8. Smoking will be permitted only in allotted smoking zones. Smoking in rooms or dormitory is strictly prohibited.

9. For hygine purpose, guest will clear all the food waste in the rubbish bin and then drop their plates in soap container.

10. Guest must carry their personal towels.

11. Food provided in Gypsy hills will be sanitized or cleaned before cooking.

12. All the service providers and staff of Gypsy hills will follow all the sanitizing procedures and maintain social distance at all times.

13. All the food order or any special requirements must be giving 3 days before the arrival.

14. All the guest must use shower before entering the swimming pool at all times.

15. Drinking, eating, smoking, spitting and urinating in the swimming pool is strictly not permitted.

15. Checkin in time at Gypsy hills is 2:00 pm and check out time is at 11:00 am.

16. Any damage to the property or assests of Gypsy hills will be chargeable. A refundable deposite of rupees 5000 per group will be applicable to all the groups.
