Here Diamond Mall is coming up and it will become useful for the people of Padanna and surrounding areas. I hope you may know about the said project.
It's a 56000 Sq.ft. Mall Complex in a 50 cents of land with an estimated project cost of Rupees 10 Crore.
The land for the project has been found in the north of Padanna, which is easily accessible to the Panchayats of Valiaparamba, Cheruvathur, Pilikode, Thrikaripur and the southern part of the Nileswaram municipality.

Diamond Mall is registered as a company under Limited liability Partnership (L.L.P ) according to companies act. Asper our dream, we adopted Public-Participation policy and accordingly we are raising fund for this project through issuing shares. A total of 200 Resalable Shares of worth Rupees 5 Lakhs each is the share value. A single person is allowed to buy maximum of 6 shares in his name.
The shareholders are included in the company as partners of the company. They have all rights to enjoy the benefits of the project including land throughout in their lifetime.
Company will generate revenue through Renting/Leasing the entire commercial area of the Mall on per square feet basis to the institutions coming up and for Apartments on monthly/yearly basis. Net profit from this project will distribute to the Shareholders on monthly basis.
