flats in sector 126, kharar, District SAS Nagar, Punjab within the MC Limits Kharar. As equal partners we have have built and delivered various successfull projects as under:
1) Gulmohar Complex (Commercial Only), Kharar
Gulmohar Complex was initially planned and sold as a cluster of shops to individual customers and later on Star Colonisers took over the remaining last few shops and planned a residential society behind it. Land was fully owned by all the partners equally.
2) Gulmohar Enclave, (Residential and Commercial) Banur
It is a group housing spread over almost 6.5 acres of land falling within MC Limits, Banur. It consisted of 52 plots varing from 200 sq yards to 683 sq yards. Land was fully owned by all the partners equally.
3) Cozy Homes (Residential Only), Zirakpur
It was a group housing over one acre of land. It consists of 48 3BHK flats with full water and electricity back up. Land was fully owned by all the partners equally.
4) Cozy Homes 2 Now renamed and Gold Homes, Sector 116, Kharar.Gold Homes (formerly known as Cozy Homes 2) was designed on a 3 acre land. It will consist of commercial showrooms in the front on the main Banur-Kharar road and a cluster of 132 flats at their back. Facilities like gym,pool and a club will be included in the extra facilities along with full power and water back up. It was sold to a Delhi based company called as a partially built project.
