Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Professional Land Surveyor, with the office located in Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu.
We welcome candidates from anywhere in Tamil Nadu who are willing to work on-site at our Ramanathapuram office.
The Professional Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land, topographic, and building surveys, operating Total Station, DGPS, and other instruments, and preparing accurate survey maps and reports. The role demands strong technical skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct topographic, boundary, and building surveys.
Operate Total Station, DGPS, and AutoCAD efficiently for data collection and mapping.
Prepare survey drawings, maps, and detailed technical reports.
Ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with the team and clients during field and office work.
Maintain and calibrate all survey instruments properly.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in land or building surveying.
Proficiency in Total Station and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
Professional Land Surveyor license or certification is an added advantage.
