If you're leaving your house today, please follow these simple steps to keep everyone safe from : 🧍🏾↔️🧍🏿‍♀️ Keep at least a 1 metre distance from others.

😷✨ Use a clean mask or face cover when you’re leaving home. Don't share masks or face covers with others.
🚫🤦🤝 Do not touch your nose, mouth or eyes unnecessarily, and don't make contact with anyone else by shaking hands or hugging.

You need to take care of your homemade face cover.

Before and after wearing your cover, clean your hands with soap and water, or 70% alcohol-based hand rub. Avoid touching the cover while using it. Remove it from behind without touching the front.

You can always reuse your face cover after thoroughly washing it with soap and hot water and drying it.

One face cover for one person.

Do not share your face cover with others. Only you should use it. If you are living with your family, make sure each member has their own separate face cover.

There are so many messages going around. Some helpful, some fake - it can be too much and add to the stress you are already experiencing.
Limit this worry by reducing the time you spend watching the news or reading something that would upset you.
Do things that are going to make you happy and take your mind off the circumstances around.
