Housekeeping facility management service
Every completed project will be provided with total housekeeping solution to ensure clean and tidy surroundings. Common areas such as stairs, terrace, driveway and common toilets will be cleaned; and gardens will be maintained. A nominal charge will be levied for these services. Maintenance division
This division facilitates and coordinates electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and carpentry services. Trained technicians attend to any reworks or extra works or rectification works. Interior design and works division
An in-house interior designer's service is available for flat owner for designing their apartment for a fee. After detailed drawing and estimations, the interior works are executed by specialist and approved contract agencies under the direct supervision of the interior designer. Rental division
For our valued customer who wishes to give their homes for rent, we arrange high value rentals. All coordinating activities, making agreements, collecting rentals and depositing in bank accounts etc. are handled by our Home Care representative. A nominal fee is charged for such services.
