We are a 12 years old real estate organisation located at Chariswar, Rajarhat - Swapnabhumi Realtors Limited. We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Working Days - Tuesday till Sunday
Working Hours - 10:30am till 6:30pm with 30 minutes lunch break
Monday fixed off
Pick and drop given till Biswa Bangla Gate

The person should be presentable with good communication and computer skill. Should be excellent in customer service and administrative task
Job Duties:
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, covid precaution)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing and task given by the senior as and when required by the business within the office premise
Requirements -
Proven 1 to 2 years work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office , Administrator
Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance with excellent customer service
Positive attitude
Should know how to prioritise the work load
Solid written and verbal communication skills - English, Hindi and Bengali (must)
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Customer service attitude
Should be a graduate
Starting salary - 10k to 12k with 6 months probation period. Salary Hike will be given after 6 months depending on the performance
Need to start within next 2 weeks or September
