Position - CRM Business Analyst
Location - Kolkata / Work From Home
Job Responsibilities:
● Identify business-driven needs
● Provide insights into leading practices, industry standards and trends in CRM
● Perform current state analysis on business processes
● Review existing and create process documentation, use cases, epics and user stories
● Identify gaps and recommend action plans
● Produce concise yet effective business requirements
● Create process maps and wireframes
● Evaluate vendor solutions
● Assist with prioritization
● Manage delivery and quality assurance
● Provide training and documentation
● Own ex*****on of declarative configuration and maintenance in Salesforce (ie, reports, page layouts)
● Monitor and respond to feature and support requests
● Verify and conduct regression testing of functionality before release to users
● Participate in daily scrum meetings to report progress and address obstacles
Qualifications:
● At least 2-3 years of experience
● B.com graduate preferred
● Excellent communication skills
● Sound knowledge of MS Office such as Excel, Power-point, Access, Word, and Outlook
● Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
● Strong competency in core professional skills, especially: attention to detail, responsiveness, follow through, flexibility and initiative
● Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and professionally
● Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal & written)
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the firm.
● Strong process support skills and knowledge of recruiting tools and technology is valuable.
Preferred:
● Experience in working with large multinationals
● Experience of 2-3 years in team management
● Hands-on experience on Applicant Tracking Systems (TALEO/RMS, SAP, etc.)
