Caution for new investor...Developer reputation is very bad ...his game is to make your money invested in his other business and after 3 years will change the plan at his will or shift you somewhere else..this Tapoban project is running from 2007 and you can see what have been progressed so far.So being individual you will not be able to get anything but sleepless night ..better invest in some good project but do not try with this developer named Unnayan Developer....
