Hiring: Revenue Operations Controller & Deal Closer

Vura Realty is building a lean, system-oriented real estate revenue engine focused on structured growth, measurable KPIs, and performance-linked income.
We are currently hiring for two key positions:
1️⃣ Revenue Operations Controller
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Flow management
• Lead qualification and filtering
• Site visit coordination
• Funnel tracking and reporting
• Channel partner coordination
• KPI dashboard management
Compensation:
• Probation (First 90 days – Revenue Linked): ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
• Post Confirmation: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 Fixed + Performance bonuses
Preferred Profile:
• 1–3 years experience in Sales Operations / Coordination / Tele-calling
• Structured, analytical, KPI-focused
• Comfortable with performance-based culture
• Age 23–32 preferred
2️⃣ Deal & Collection Closer
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits
• Handle objections and negotiations
• Convert bookings and tokens
• Follow up on collections
• Convert refferals into booking
Compensation:
• Probation (High Commission Model): ₹20,000 – ₹60,000+ (Deal-Based)
• Post Confirmation: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 Fixed + High incentive on Collection
Preferred Profile:
• Prior sales experience preferred (any industry)
• Strong communication and closing confidence
• Emotionally resilient and target-oriented
• Age 24–35 preferred
