Mr. Ashok Saraf recently attended the 1st General Body Meeting of CREDAI National for FY 2026–27 in Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu. The gathering offered a valuable opportunity to engage with industry leaders from across the country and exchange perspectives on regulatory developments, legal matters, and the evolving priorities of the real estate sector.
The discussions brought together diverse viewpoints and reinforced the role of collaboration in addressing the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
A key highlight of the meeting was his interaction with the CREDAI National President, President-Elect, General Body members, and state and city office-bearers. He also had the opportunity to present several initiatives undertaken by CREDAI Kolkata, including Techcon, the Roxy Auditorium renovation project, and the “𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜” initiative. Each initiative reflects a shared commitment to innovation, heritage conservation, and sustainability.
Mr. Saraf returned with fresh perspectives, meaningful connections, and a deeper appreciation for the collaborative spirit shaping the future of Indian real estate. He looks forward to carrying these conversations ahead and translating them into meaningful action.
