• Generate inquiries
• Minimum experience of at least 01 years of experience in
relevant real estate field is required
• Education qualification is not a mandatory criteria.
• Calling client
• Meeting clients
• Good communication skills
• Visiting sites / projects with client
• Helping him in research
• Negotiating for client with builder
• Helping client with home loan
• Closing sales
• Doing market research
• Also responsible for particular project sales
• Must have proven records of previous sales performance
