*Narco terrorist Meitei leh Tangkhul le kacha Naga te g***a toh ki man*

Based on reliable information regarding concealment of suspected G***a, a team of Lamphel PS along with Imphal PS (including WPCs) conducted raid at Sagolband Pukhrambam Leirak, under Imphal PS on 11 September.

During search in presence of Executive Magistrate, 18 packets of suspected G***a concealed in a luggage were recovered. The weight of the seized contraband items is approximately 21.46 Kg.
Five persons were arrested in connection with the case, namely:

》. Gaigonliu Abonmei, aged about 37 years, D/o (L) Pongam Abonmei,
R/o Khoupiluang Ward No. V, Tamenglong District;
》. Asma Gonmei @ Jangmei, aged about 39 years, C/o Thuanbiu,
R/o Nagaching, Tamenglong District;
》. Sonik Ningthoujam, aged about 31 years, S/o N. Debabata Singh,
R/o Kairang Maning Leikai, Imphal East District;
》. Naorem Dashobanta Singh, aged about 50 years, S/o (L) N. Achou,
R/o Sega Road, Thouda Bhavok Leikai, Imphal West District; and
》. AS Somichan, aged about 31 years, S/o AS Yaruingam,
R/o Kaihao Tangkhul Village, Senapati District.

Today in 1993 there was a brutal ethnic persecution against the Kuki community under the leadership of NSCN (IM), and our wounds are still fresh.

While we are still living with that pain, today on 13th September 2026 (4:00Am) NSCN (IM) ZuF militants cadres have again attacked L. Tollen Village, Tamenglong District, Manipur.

In this cowardly and brutal attack:

1. Mrs. Lhingngai W/o Mr. Seineh Singsit of L. Tollen Village has lost her life.

2. Her husband, Mr. Seineh Singsit and his son are also seriously injured and are in critical condition.

This is not just an attack on one family, but an attempt to again displace and terrorize the innocent Kuki-Zo villagers living in the frontier areas.
