प्लाट मे निवेश की रणनीति ।

प्लान ए :
प्लाट १ ~ खरीद १ लाख रुपये । ५ साल बाद विक्रय मूल्य २ लाख रुपये ।
प्लाट २ ~ खरीद २ लाख रुपये । ५ साल बाद विक्रय मूल्य ४ लाख रुपये ।
प्लाट ३ ~ खरीद ४ लाख रुपये । ५ साल बाद विक्रय मूल्य ८ लाख रुपये ।
प्लाट ४ ~ खरीद ८ लाख रुपये । ५ साल बाद विक्रय मूल्य १६ लाख रुपये ।
इस रणनीति मे हम हर बार शहर से दूर हटकर सस्ती ज़मीन खरीदते हैं और लाभ कमाते है, इस तरह हम हज़रतगंज से चलकर मोहनलाल गंज पहुंच जाते हैं, एक अच्छा लाभ कमाते हैं ।

अगर ज़मीन से ज़बर्दस्त पैसा बनाना है तो १५ से ३० साल की निवेश अवधि मे कोई भी ज़मीन गोमती नगर जैसा फ़ायदा दे सकती है बस उसमे एल डी ए या आवास विकास की तरह बाउंड्री वाल, सीवर लाइन, 30 और 25 फ़ुट सड़क एवम पार्क जैसी मूलभूत सुविधायें होनी चाहियें ।
येह सारी सुविधायें हमारे सूर्य विहार फेस 3 naubasta कला मटियारी वाले प्लाट मे हैं, इसी लिये 100 प्लाट मात्र आठ महीने मे बिक गये , क्या आप इस योजना मे अपना एक प्लाट नही लेना चाहेंगे ?
