📑 QPR Filing: Promoters can file Quarterly Progress Reports only after the required certificates are submitted

The move marks another step toward a more digitally monitored and transparent real estate regulatory ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh.

🏗️ JPNIC Lucknow Moves Toward Revival After Years of Delay

Lucknow’s Jayaprakash Narayan International Centre (JPNIC) in Gomti Nagar is set for a new phase of development after the state government approved a 35-year lease to a private consortium.

The selected consortium will complete the remaining work at its own cost, with the unfinished portion estimated at ₹200–250 crore.

The completed complex is expected to bring together hospitality, convention, sports, auditorium and parking facilities, while the museum will remain under LDA control.

🏑 SAI Lucknow Set for a Major Sports Infrastructure Push

Lucknow’s Sports Authority of India (SAI) National Centre of Excellence is set for proposed infrastructure expansion under the Khelo India Scheme 2026–31.

The planned additions include an additional hockey turf, modern weightlifting hall, swimming pool for the Centre of Excellence and a 200-bed hostel.

The development push also extends beyond Lucknow, with Sports Training Centres proposed in Bareilly, Raebareli and Varanasi.

🏙️ Religious Tourism Is Reshaping Uttar Pradesh’s Real Estate Landscape

Uttar Pradesh’s major pilgrimage destinations are witnessing a growing real estate and infrastructure push, driven by rising tourist footfall, improving connectivity and expanding demand for accommodation and commercial spaces.
