The price gap between ready, under-construction homes fall to 3-7%: Anarock Property Report ANAROCK

The price gap between ready-to-move-in (RTM) and under-construction (UC) homes in the top seven cities of the country has dipped to a mere 3-7 percent in 2019, according to property brokerage firm Anarock.

The price disparity between the two categories is witnessing a year-on-year decline.

5 Chinese firms seek land in Greater Noida, to invest Rs 800 crores

Officials of China’s Holitech India Private Limited, a component supplier of leading phone manufacturer Xiaomi, met with officials of the GNIDA and handed over to the letters of intent of its five partner companies.

The GNIDA (Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority) said that besides China, companies from Korean and Taiwan have also shown interest in investment in the region.

The GNIDA said it has already started working towards creating a land bank for industrial setups.

How to know what is the correct rent, for your property

Factors that impact the rental pricing of a house:-
1) Size of the property: Bigger the property, higher would be the rent.
2) Layout: A 900 sq ft 1-BHK might have a slightly lower rent than a 2-BHK of 900 sq ft, because of the layout that offers more independent space.
3) Amenities: A 1,000 sq ft apartment in a gated community with enclosed car parking, swimming pool, clubhouse, etc., would fetch a higher rent, compared to an apartment in a single building.
4) Internal fixtures and facilities: A home with a modular kitchen, appliances, wall cupboards, storage space, etc., will usually command a higher rent.
