Special Window for Re-lodgement of Physical Share Transfers:
As per SEBI’s Circular dated 2nd July 2025, a special window is open until 6th January 2026 for re-lodging transfer requests of physical shares that were submitted prior to 1st April 2019 but were rejected, returned, or left unattended due to deficiencies. Re-lodged documents must be complete in all respects. All transfers during this window will be processed only in demat mode, subject to proper compliance. Shareholders may submit their transfer requests to our Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, M/s. Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited at [email protected], within the stipulated period.
