As our members continued sharing their stories at the 2nd Year Anniversary of wrkwrk Mindspace, each one revealed a different side of the journey we’ve built together. Nagaraj Acharya from Vinyl Equity shared a moment that truly stayed with us.

When their company was planning to open an engineering centre in India, Mangalore was on the table, but the board wasn’t fully convinced about the infrastructure. So they brought the board to .

One look around the workspace, the meeting rooms, the facilities, and the reaction was simple: “Wow.” That moment turned into an instant yes. Today, their team continues to grow here, and hearing Nagaraj speak about the consistent standards and the support they’ve experienced means the world to us.

Today, at , the conversation around a net-zero future found a new address. We had the pleasure of welcoming the MIR NetZero team, just a day after their inspiring Sustainability Conference and milestone factory launch in Mangaluru.

With their upcoming €20 million investment in the city to establish a green manufacturing facility focused on energy-efficient building materials and solar-integrated technologies, Mangaluru is clearly stepping into a larger global sustainability narrative. And to see that momentum reflected in the conversations within our space was truly special.

What stood out wasn’t just the visit, but the exchange of ideas and intent. Seeing our leadership team, CEO Dean Gonsalves, along with COO Vinodh Kumar, host these interactions and watching perspectives move freely across the room was deeply meaningful for us.

It’s moments like these that remind us a workspace can be more than four walls. It can be a place where global vision meets local ambition, and where the future quietly begins to take shape.
