Our service charges are as follows: Purchase/Sale of Property/House/Flat/Commercial Space - 2% of the property value for sale & purchase transactions to be paid at the time of signing the agreement. Short Term Rentals - Below 10 months - 10% of the total rental amount for property given on lease to be paid as brokerage / service charge at the time of booking/signing agreement. Long Term Rentals - Above 11 months - In the case of long term rentals, 1 months rental amount will be charged as our brokerage / service charges
