प्रापर्टी की मांग में आई 35 फीसदी कमी, नहीं मिल रहे प्रॉपर्टी के खरीददार:

रियल एस्टेट सेक्टर सबसे बुरे दौर से गुजर रहा है। देश के बड़े प्रॉपर्टी मार्केट में से एक दिल्ली-एनसीआर मार्केट की स्थिति बहुत ही खराब है। उद्योग संगठन एसोचैम की सर्वे रिपोर्ट के अनुसार दिल्ली-एनसीआर में प्रॉपर्टी के खरीददार नहीं मिलने से पिछले एक साल में मांग में 30 से 35 फीसदी की कमी आई है। प्रॉपर्टी की बिक्री नहीं होने से देश भर में सबसे अधिक अनसोल्ड इनवेंट्री एनसीआर में ही है।एसोचैम की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार दिल्ली रेजिडेंशियल मार्केट में 170000 इनवेंट्री (बिना बिके हुए फ्लैट) हैं। साथ ही करीब 90000 अंडर कंस्ट्रक्शन यूनिट्स हैं, जो अपने तय समय से देरी से चल रही हैं। इन फ्लैट के खरीददार पजेशन मिलने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं।नोएडा में 30 फीसदी तक गिरी कीमतसर्वे रिपोर्ट के अनुसार दिल्ली- एनसीआर के बड़े प्रॉपर्टी मार्केट नोएडा, गुड़गांव और दिल्ली में कीमतों में गिरावट आई है। इन एरिया में 3 बेडरूम, 2 बेडरूम और सिंगल रूम फ्लैट की कीमतों में 30 फीसदी तक की कमी आई है। प्रॉपर्टी की कीमतें नोएडा में 30 फीसदी, गुड़गांव में 25 फीसदी और दिल्ली में 15 फीसदी कम हुई है। इसके बावजूद प्रॉपर्टी की मांग में कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ है। एसोचैम के डायरेक्टर जनरल डीएस रावत का कहना है कि आर्थिक सुधार होने के बावजूद हाउसिंग मार्केट का सेंटिमेंट बहुत ही नीचे है। यह इस बात का संकेत है कि रियल एस्टेट मार्केट में सुधार आने में अभी काफी वक्त लगेगा।
