Dholera Smart City Project is going to be the biggest Greenfield project in Asia
*Residential Plot* Rs. 7,999/- per sq. yard
*Commercial Plot* Rs. 19,990/- per sq. yard
*Industrial Plot* Rs. 9,000/- per sq. yard
The Speciality of Dholera smart city project is its non – polluted and clean ambiance. The city stands out to be the 2nd largest city is terms of area of 920 sq. km, in India. The project offers immense growth and development possibilities including high-tech infrastructure, great connectivity, along with the overall sustainable development of the region including ample greenery all around.
The details for the necessary financial resources are hereunder.
• Rs. 20,000 Crore is the cost for a part of this development project.
• Total outlay averages to an amount of Rs. 57,000 Crore.
• Allocation for consultation of the ABCD building by Cube Construction Engineering Ltd. Is Rs. 72.31 Crore.
• The budget allocation for L&T, the contractor, is around 1,734 Crore.
• Phase 1 development will cost an appropriate amount of Rs. 3,000 Crore.
• Tata has collaborated with Taiwan based Semi-conductor company and have invested Rs. 91,000 Crore for the Semi- conductor manufacturing industry in Dholera.
• Rs. 466 Crore has been funded to build the DFC (Dedicated Freight Corridor) to be linked with Bhimnath Railway Station in Dholera.
• Government has given Rs. 7,000 Crore for developing the High – Speed Metro through the heart of Dholera.
• The ISCON Group is planning to invest Rs. 21,300 Crore for the Dholera smart City development. 500 Acres have been given to them for the project.
• Renew Power has established the Industrial Unit across 100 Acres in the Activation Area of Phase 1
