The 6 Obsessions of a REALTY’preneur working across the GLOBE
I have worked with a lot of Entrepreneurs in the REAL ESTATE SELLING business in the past few years and after carefully observing them, here's what I have found out as the 6 Skills the successful REALTY’preneur have mastered.
1. Decide - They decide to work to provide the BEST SOLUTION / OPTION to the people they serve and went ALL IN rather than just doing it for the sake of it and coming up with random options that came their way. They know they will fail a lot in this, but their vision of "providing the BEST FIT SOLUTION for the people they serve always WINs", is what keeps them going.
2.Team Up - They understand that REAL ESTATE SELLING is not an Individual Sport, but a Team Sport. They get associated with the BEST POSSIBLE Brand / Team / Group / Mentor / Peers even before they start doing anything, and tap the pulse of the market.
3. Create / Tweak:- They learn from their teams, peers and CREATE Brand New Solutions / Methods or Tweak the existing TOOLS that solves a problem better than the competition. This helps them differentiate and create their own market.
4. Market - They reach out to people with their SOLUTIONS / PRODUCTS with great marketing campaigns that get them closer to to the people they serve, for the problem they solve in the marketplace.
5. Invest - They invest a lot, yes a lot of TIME in gaining wisdom from MASTERs / MENTORs who have already achieved what they want to achieve in terms of SKILLS, coming up with the BEST Solutions for the people they serve, Create NEW Solutions for the TEAM they are associated with and many more.
6. Connections – The most important and crucial aspect of a REALTY’preneur who works across the GLOBE. They never stop doing this. They understand the importance of each and every CONNECTION, they CARE about them, which leads and empowers them to provide the Best Solution for the people they are WITH and the people they SERVE.
And, that guys are the 6 Skills to becoming a REALTY’preneur working across the GLOBE
And I have seen a lot of REALTY’preneur or budding Entrepreneurs getting stuck because they haven't mastered a few of the Skills mentioned above.
You can be a person who has just completed his , a , an , an , , , , , a , a , an or doing anything else as well. Anyone can Dream and become a ’preneur.
