MahaRERA Order No. 57, dated July 30, 2024, mandates that developers must include detailed information about amenities in housing project sale agreements. This includes specifics on the type, extent, and availability timelines of facilities like swimming pools and gyms. Developers are required to provide this information in Annexure-I of the sale agreement, ensuring transparency for homebuyers. Non-compliance may result in penalties, and MahaRERA will conduct audits to enforce these regulations, enhancing accountability in the real estate sector.
