📍 *महारेरा आदेश ६५अ/२०२६ | आता सर्व प्रक्रिया ‘महाक्रिती’ डिजिटल प्लॅटफॉर्मवर अनिवार्य*
महाराष्ट्र स्थावर संपदा नियामक प्राधिकरणाने (*महारेरा*) जुना *महारेरा १.०* पोर्टल अधिकृतपणे बंद करून सर्व नियामक आणि प्रशासकीय प्रक्रिया नव्या *महाक्रिती* डिजिटल प्लॅटफॉर्मवर स्थलांतरित करण्याचा महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णय घेतला आहे.
🔹 प्रकल्प नोंदणी, मुदतवाढ, दुरुस्ती आणि तक्रार प्रक्रिया आता फक्त *महाक्रिती* प्रणालीवरूनच पार पडणार
🔹 प्रलंबित, अपूर्ण आणि मसुदा स्वरूपातील अर्ज प्रशासनिक कारणास्तव बंद होऊ शकतात
🔹 विकासक, प्रवर्तक आणि अधिकृत एजंट यांच्यासाठी नवीन प्रणालीवर स्थलांतर अनिवार्य
🔹 अनुपालन तपासणी, कागदपत्र व्यवस्थापन आणि मंजुरी प्रक्रिया पूर्णपणे डिजिटल स्वरूपात
🔹 तक्रार निवारण, प्रकल्प निरीक्षण आणि नियामक संवाद अधिक वेगवान व पारदर्शक होणार
🔹 दुबार नोंदी आणि हस्तक्षेप कमी करून कार्यक्षम प्रशासनाला प्राधान्य
🔹 गृहखरेदीदारांना प्रकल्प माहिती, तक्रार स्थिती आणि अनुपालन तपशील अधिक सुलभपणे उपलब्ध होणार
🔹 चुकीची माहिती किंवा नियमांचे पालन न केल्यास नियामक कारवाईची तरतूद

The *Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA)* has officially discontinued the legacy *MahaRERA 1.0* portal and shifted all regulatory processes to the new *MahaCRITI* digital platform.

🔹 Pending, draft and incomplete applications may be administratively closed
🔹 Mandatory platform migration for Developers, Promoters and Agents
