Work hours allowed up to 6am–10pm (earlier 7am–7pm), subject to noise control.
🔕 *Silence Zones (within 100m)* :
Hospitals, schools, courts, educational institutions — stricter limits apply.

Courts recognize right to sleep & peace under Article 21.
