India recorded one of its strongest office leasing quarters in recent years — 21.5 Mn sq. ft. leased across the country in Q1 2026. Bengaluru remained at the centre of that momentum.

The city's performance reflects more than just demand for office space. With 4.91 Mn sq. ft. leased, capturing 23% of India's total, it reflects the continued expansion of GCCs, enterprise technology teams, product organisations and R&D functions choosing Bengaluru as their growth base.
