Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients and Customers and achieve your monthly/ quarterly targets.
Sales, Marketing and Business Development for residential and commercial projects of various top notch Real Estate developers in Shilphata, Mulund, Bhandup and Kanjurmarg.
Showcase project walk-through to Individual, Corporate and Institutional Clients.
Determining client needs/ requirements and financial abilities to propose solutions.
Lead generation, follow-up with prospective clients and sales conversion.
Arranging site visit and showing properties.
Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements.
Informing clients about market conditions, prices and legal requirements.
Prepare necessary paper work (contract, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of work experience in Real Estate sector.
Knowledgeable about Real Estate markets and best practices.
Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement.
Shall possess excellent communication, strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Network efficiently with peer teams and industry connect to stay updated on key trends.
