• Effectively & Efficiently managing the properties and new client’s data & client’s profile in in Ms. Word

• Managing & updating existing properties and adding new properties in Ms. Word and Ms. Excel & in the company website.

• Ad-hoc Tasks – Sourcing for properties through various online portals
(Magicbricks / 99acers etc.) as per client’s requirements and talking to other
brokers for new properties as per client’s requirement.

• Corresponding to clients by sending emails and letters

• May be assigned some backup relationship responsibility

• Ability to work within a team as well as independently.

• Should have extensive typing ability, good data management and communication skills.
