We are proud to introduce ourselves as Raj Builders & Developers, a Group of Companies, established way back in 1990.

2) THE LEGACY

The company is a brainchild of Mr. Rajesh Surti, who grew with Mumbai’s evolving real estate scenario, witnessing the processes of redevelopment and rehabilitation. By handling complex slum rehabilitation project, he understood policies, sensitized himself to the needs of people and strove to create worthy life spaces for them. The visionary leader of the Company- Rajesh Surti is a source of inspiration in itself. With an instinctive understanding of business, inherent people skills and effortless business networking abilities, he is the driving force of the company.

3) THE JOURNEY

We diversified into natural extensions of our initial business line of metal fabrication. Our thirst for pioneering new businesses brought us into engineering services. We also successfully endeavored into new area of real estate development and marketing and consolidated our position there. At this very moment we are working on various Residential projects, SRA projects, Commercial projects and many more projects. We are trying to spread and expand in all the directions and explore every opportunity.

In a city that has an unending supply of homes, yet, struggles to find takers, we stand for trust, transparency and innovation. We believe in building homes with passion, perseverance and precision which last a lifetime to serve generations of those who come to own it. When we design a particular project, customer always remains the central focus. While focusing on customer needs, the Company undertakes thorough research before finalizing unit sizes in any projects. Customer satisfaction has always been the core focus of the company. With a stated objective to create spaces that enhance the quality of life of each of its customers, the Company approaches all its projects with a single point of agenda customer delight.

Though we started with focus on Mumbai, we are trying to spread the business out of Mumbai in cities like Pune, Nashik and Aurangabad. The Company is planning Villas / Resort/ Restaurant near Nashik at Shahapur. We also have plans to come up with project in Lonikand near Pune. Our project “OM VILLA” at Shahapur is one of its kinds and is poised to be launched sooner than later. We are also coming up with a complete 1BHK Project at Goregaon (West) with best affordable Homes.
