Buying & Selling Rate difference is appx. Rs. 1 Lakh per Guntha ie. Rs. 40 Lakhs per Acre
*Purchase Orders*
Currently, we've 200 acres of purchase order in hand & we can generate further orders of 300 acres from various Foreign Company's
*Turnaround Period*
Churning time would be 6 months to 1 year
*Investment required*
50 Crores to 500 Crores depending on the number of Properties, Size & Location's preferred by the investor
*Expected IRR/Yield*
20% to 25% depends on the upfront payment to be released to the farmers or staggered payment facility required by the investor.
*Profit Sharing & Fees*
75% to the Investor
25% to Consultants
Profit Margin would be 30 Lakhs per acre to the Investor & 10 Lakh per acre for all the Consultants involved in these deals
*Risk Free Investment Model*
We've both Buyer's & Sellers in place & there's no lending or borrowing model as all Investment & outflow would done in the Investor's company or from the company in which the investor would be one of the Director of existing company
*Title of Land*
Land Titles are clear & in certain case the land agreegation with seed capital has already been started by becoming as the confirming party
*Expected number of Transactions*
There are 6 land Parcels from 50 Acres to 100 Acres each & the number can increase depending on the investment apetite of the investor
*Business Cycle*
There's a scope of continuous & consistent flow of business depending on the successful delivery of these Land Parcels to these companies & we can get repeated orders for the next 3 years
