S. B. Developers Mr Shantilal B Jain has been a businessman from 1972. He started off with textile business and was v Palghar is most upcoming town / suburb of Mumbai.

He started off with textile business and was very successful in it. From 1997 he started diverting from textiles to construction and started in partnership with other big builders. Then from 2005-06 he started independently his own firm “ S B Developers “ to do construction in Palghar and his son Kirti Jain also joined him. It was declared as a District some time back and therefore it has a lot of

potential to grow. The Western Railway line which has been extended upto Dahanu will make Palghar and Boisar the fastest growing Suburbs of Mumbai. Many reputed Builders of Mumbai have started their projects in Palghar. All properties of Mr. Shantilal Jain & family are situated just opposite the Railway Station and have a common wall with the Platform, so the location of the projects is very Prime. Their first Building of approx. 12000 sf ft was started in 2006 and completed in 2008. Then the next buildings of approx 25000 sq ft was started in 2009 and completed in 2012. Then they continue to make new buildings and expand their business.
