Investment inflows in the real estate sector across the Asia Pacific region crossed USD 105 billion in H1 2026, according to our latest APAC Capital Markets Snapshot.

In India, investment inflows were dominated by domestic players, whose contribution increased by 80% YoY. The office segment attracted a large share of the total investments, but investor sentiment towards diversifying beyond the office segment, into mixed-use and alternatives is strong.
