1. Accurate Valuation:

To speed up the marketing process and avoid unnecessary property visits, we’ve got an in house photographer to ensure that a property’s aesthetic value is not compromised in visuals.
3. Maximum Exposure:
Once you’re confident that everything is in order, market your property through experts who know how to get you maximum online and offline exposure.
4. Receiving an offer from a Suitable Tenant:
Once you receive an offer from a suitable tenant, we will help you start the negotiation process and finalise the basic terms of a rental agreement.
4. Offer Agreed and Exchange of Agreements:
On finalisation of the rental terms, the draft agreements are exchanged and finalised. On signing and/or registration of the agreement by the landlord, the tenant shall provide the rental and security deposit amount.
5. Tenant Management:
• Rent collection and deposit
• Follow up and payment of following

• Electricity Bill, Water and Charges
• Monthly maintenance charge to the association

6. Send Card Or Gift's:
If there are some renters who do not give any problems and you want to appreciate, you should let them know. A Festival card with a personal note with some small gift is a good example. When some receives unexpected gesture- that could help go long way- toward encouraging tenant loyalty to you. That's we will do for you.
