ज्यावर बेकायदेशीर बिल्डिंग नं. २ आणि ४ उभ्या आहेत.
बिल्डिंग २ चा प्लॉट १०० टक्के बीएमसीचा आहे.
बिल्डिंग ३, बीएमसीच्या मालकीच्या अंतर्गत पूर्ण सार्वजनिक मालकीच्या प्लॉटवर उभी आहे.

सीटीएस १ए, ज्यावर बिल्डिंग १, बेकायदेशीर बिल्डिंग २ आणि बांधकाम सुरु असलेली बिल्डिंग ३, त्याचे अनन्य अविभाजित भागधारक:
१२९६ सदनिकांचे मालक, ज्यात दोन सदनिकांचे प्रतिनिधित्व करणारे तक्रारदार समाविष्ट आहेत!
आत्ता देखील अस्तित्त्वात असलेल्या ओसी पूर्व उल्लंघनानी भरपूर, आणखीन काय नाही!!!

एमसीजीएमने बिल्डिंग नं. २ ला पूर्णपणे बेकायदेशीर बिल्डिंग म्हणून वर्गीकृत केले आहे.

ओबेरॉय ग्रँड:
ओबेरॉय स्प्लेंडर सदनिका मालकांच्या १०० टक्के बळकावलेल्या १७८०० चौरस मीटर निवासी एफएसआय सह जीआर स्तरावर बिल्डिंग १ चे घोषित आरजी.

३. हिरवा:
ओबेरॉय प्रिझ्मा.
बिल्डिंग ३.
बीएमसीच्या मालकीचा डीपी आरक्षित न बांधलेला सार्वजनिक सुविधा जागेचा खुला प्लॉट (डीपी रिझर्वेशन पब्लिक अनबिल्ट ओपन अमेनिटीज सपाचे प्लॉट)
१०० टक्के अंतर्गत पूर्णपणे बेकायदेशीर सार्वजनिक पार्किंग लॉटने डीसीआर ३३ २४ च्या दुर्भावनापूर्ण तैनातीचा गैरवापर केला.
कोणत्याही ग्राउंड लेव्हल आरजी शिवाय.
सेटबॅक-फायर सेफ्टीचे उल्लंघन.
झिरो वैध एफएसआय.
बेकायदेशीरपणे गुन्हेगारीकडे दुर्लक्ष करून "प्राधिकरण"च्या सहमतीने बांधण्यासाठी आणि डीपी रिझर्व्हेशन सार्वजनिक न बांधलेल्या खुल्या जागेचा प्लॉट सर्व रेकॉर्डमधून मिटवणे.

एमसीजीएमने बिल्डिंग ४ म्हणून वर्गीकृत केले.

*सुरु आहे *

बेकायदेशीर ओबेरॉय मॅक्झिमाचे पूर्णपणे बेकायदेशीर बांधकाम. आयओडी आणि सीसी मिळण्याअगोदर बेकायदेशीर मॅक्झिमा बद्दल रेकॉर्डवरील तक्रारी.

२०१४ मध्ये.

आणि अजूनही एमसीजीएम पूर्णपणे अराजकतेचा आणि बिल्डरच्या फसवणूकीचा मुकाबला करत आहे.

हे बिल्डिंग १ च्या ग्राउंड आरजीवर आहे आणि बिल्डिंग १ चा ३०,००० चौरस मीटर एफएसआय गुन्हेगारीने चोरून, २४.११.२०१४ च्या आयओडी वर, ११००० चौरस मीटरच्या प्रोत्साहन एफएसआय वर दावा करून, सुरु केले आहे.

झिरो जीआर आरजी सह आणि सेटबॅक - सर्व, पुन्हा सांगतो सर्व अग्नी सुरक्षा नियमन आणि पर्यावरणाच्या नियमांचे उल्लंघन केले आहे.

फसवणूक करून "प्राधिकरण"च्या गुन्हेगारीच्या खुल्या सहमतीने बिल्डिंग १ चा एफएसआय चोरण्यासाठी डीसीआर २०३४ कडे स्थलांतराचा बेकायदेशीर दावा केला आणि सर्वात वाईट म्हणजे बीएमसीच्या जमिनीवर बिल्डिंग ३ चे बांधकाम.

दोघांचेही ओसी अगोदरच प्राप्त.

कागदोपत्री आरजी / सेट बॅक / बिल्डिंग नं. १ चे अंतर्गत रस्ते यावर गुन्हेगारीने दावा केला आहे. वास्तविक ते स्वतःच बिल्डिंग १ च्या जीआर आरजी वर असतांना देखील.

खोट्या सह्या, गुन्हेगारीने तथ्य दडपणे, चुकीचा अहवाल देणे, फसवणूक करून "परवानगी" मिळवण्यासाठी "उच्च अधिकाऱ्यांना" दुर्भावनापूर्ण आणि दुष्ट हेतूने शिफारसी करणे.
